931 Griggs-This was a sweet little house built in 1927.  It sits in a nice family neighborhood just outside Alger Heights.  Sadly, it had been neglected and overgrown.  The arborvitae had grown so large, that the house was not visible behind them.  Once the bushes were tackled we could work on the rest of the house.  The basic floor plan was solid and unchanged. Windows, siding, roof, kitchen and bathrooms were updated with modern conveniences.  A second full bath and office area were added in the basement.  It was nice to see her looking pretty once again.
