1900 Kinney, a large garage that had been converted into a one-bedroom home. While it initially lacked character, it presented a great opportunity for a first-time homebuyer. We replaced the furnace, added a washer and dryer, and found that the cabinets were in great shape, needing only a thorough cleaning. We also swapped out the sliding door for a proper front door and gave the space a fresh coat of paint. With these updates, the once-plain garage conversion was transformed into an absolutely adorable and inviting home.
