The house was in good shape. We had to do some brick work and put on a new roof. Otherwise not much different.

Wallenwood
9 Wallinwood Avenue is a Cape Cod style home, built in 1941. It was occupied by the original owners until they passed away in 2017-2018. It had some of the original finishings, although there had been several updates in the 60's, including the kitchen and the basement. The kitchen was opened up to the dining room and living room. It required new beams and posts down through the basement. Ted Heeringa did the work and was able to remove a wall while still keeping the coved ceiling and crown molding intact in the dining room. We also enlarged the upstairs bathroom to create a true master suite Although it looks small on the outside, there is quite a lot of living space in this home.
