1649 Pontiac is another French provincial home built in the late 60's.  It was occupied by the original owners until they passed away in 2017-2018.  It had most of the original finishings, which had been kept in very good shape.  Living areas were opened up and updated with finishes to bring it into the present.  The exterior was warmed up with painted brick and wood accents.  The porticos were changed from flat to hip rooflines to keep with the idea of the original style.
