1511 Martin Luther King Ave was one of the most minimal renovations that we have done.  The house was in great shape with a brick stucco exterior, that just needed some updated trim colors and a little landscape tweaking. The inside of the home contained beautiful untouched wood trim and hardwood floors. The biggest change was using some ample closet space in the hall and bedroom  to add a small ensuite bath upstairs.  We did have to create a drainage plan for some water in the basement. Then we were able to finish it.
